The last and most challenging track where we test the limit of your strength.

TRACK 4.1

Ranger Tip:

Take a big step into the horseshoe. Only touch the ropes and not the safety wire when you step from horseshoe to horseshoe.

TRACK 4.2

Ranger Tip:

Pull in the horseshoes and fasten them to your small carabiner. Hold your arms in a 90 degree position while sliding over to the other side.

TRACK 4.3

Ranger Tip:

Take a big step out into the first sling. Hold onto the slings and not the safety wire.

TRACK 4.4

Ranger Tip:

Take a big step onto the net. Avoid holding your arms in a 90 degree position but to to straighten them out.

TRACK 4.5

Ranger Tip:

Start with both hands on the trapeze. Hold onto the ropes, not the wire. Use your momentum to swing from trapeze to trapeze.

TRACK 4.6

Ranger Tip:

Lean over and grab the rope, slide your feet over afterwards.

TRACK 4.7

Ranger Tip:

Use your momentum to grab the next rope – Don’t stand still keep going!!

If you finish Track 4, you will be considered a true Urban Ranger, and you are in peak fitness condition.

You will get 3-4 hours of top entertainment in the legendary B&W shipyard on Refshaleøen – 50 meters above ground. Age limit 16 years, or min. height of 155 cm.
