Urban High Roping cancellation:

  • If you are unable to attend for the booked time, you can cancel  it free of charge by E-mail, at least 14 days before
  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the booked time (minimum 72 hours before), Urban Ranger Camp will offer you a new time.
  • Cancellations can not be made within 72 hours of the booked time.
  • When booking online the payment will be withdrawn immediately.

*We understand the sudden changes that can appear due to the corona situation. Should you not be able to show us a valid coronapas upon arrival or have tested positive shortly before arriving at the camp, then we would like to help you and find a new time for you booking. IMPORTANT: We kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend your booking due to corona.

 

Privacy Policy:

The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not reveal customer / user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
